Boys Residential Treatment Facility (RTF)
Our highly dedicated staff at this facility work with delinquent, child-welfare-dependent and privately referred boys (ages 12-18) with mental health needs. This is a 12-bed facility located in downtown Erie, Pennsylvania.
Our aim is to effectively intervene in the lives of seriously at-risk adolescent males with mental health challenges to assist them in avoiding future contact with the juvenile justice and child welfare systems and to help them toward successful adulthood. The purpose of facilitating a successful adjustment is accomplished with mental health treatment designed to strengthen the resident’s sense of ethics, degree of responsibility, and level of maturity. Strengthening healthy relationships, fulfilling legal obligations and employability preparation are foundational aspects to the program milieu.
