Andromeda Intensive Treatment Unit (ITU)
Our highly dedicated staff at this facility work with delinquent and child-welfare dependent girls (ages 12-18) with at-risk or delinquent behaviors. This is a 12-bed facility located at our rural facility 40-minutes south of Erie, PA. in Spartansburg, PA.
At Andromeda House ITU our goal is to effectively intervene in the lives of seriously at-risk adolescent females to assist them in avoiding future contact with the juvenile justice and child welfare systems, and to help them toward successful adulthood. Andromeda House ITU also has a specially trained staff for Human/Sex Trafficking.
Successful adjustment is accomplished with treatment designed to strengthen the resident’s sense of ethics, degree of responsibility, and level of maturity. Strengthening healthy relationships, fulfilling legal obligations and employability preparation is also encouraged.
Some unique features of this facility include the log cabin look and the country scenic view. Clients enjoy creating a homey environment.
