Andromeda House (RTF)
Our highly dedicated staff at this facility work with delinquent, child-welfare-dependent and privately referred girls (ages 12-18) with mental health needs. This is a 12-bed facility located in Erie, PA.
Our aim is to effectively intervene in the lives of seriously troubled adolescent females with mental health challenges to assist them in avoiding future contact with the juvenile justice and child welfare systems and to help them toward successful adulthood. The purpose of facilitating successful adjustment is accomplished with mental health treatment designed to strengthen the resident’s sense of ethics, degree of responsibility, and level of maturity. Strengthening healthy relationships, fulfilling legal obligations and employability preparation is also encouraged. Andromeda House RTF clients go to an off-grounds classroom at the Perseus House Collaborative Learning Center with a certified Special Education teacher.
Andromeda House Residential Treatment Facility is rurally located in Erie, PA.
