7th Street Boys Residential Treatment Program (RTF)

West 7th Street Boys Residential Treatment Program (RTF)

Our highly dedicated staff at this facility work with delinquent, child-welfare-dependent and privately referred boys (ages 12-18) with mental health and sexual maladaptive behavioral needs and who exhibit impairments in several areas of daily life. These areas include legal, educational, family, social, and psychological functioning, as well as problem sexual behaviors. This is a 10-bed facility located in Erie, PA.

The 7th Street RTF facility is one of the specialized programs on the continuum of services at Perseus House, Inc. This facility provides focused treatment to adolescent males who have exhibited sexual behavior problems. Treatment focuses on risk reduction, building empathy skills, and in some cases family reunification. The treatment components include group counseling, individual and family therapy. The therapists are trained in trauma-focused therapy and work with the clients/ families to alleviate past issues that contributed to the sexual misconduct. The outcome is to interrupt the maladaptive patterns of behavior and strengthen the boundaries towards the development of healthy relationships.

7th Street Boys RTF is located in Erie, PA.
