Perseus House, Inc. offers the following benefits after 60 days of employment:

Paid Time Off
Employees accrue vacation from the date of hire within the follow increments:
- 80 hours (two weeks) per year for the first two years of employment.
- 120 hours (three weeks) per year three through seven.
- 160 hours (four weeks) per year eight and nine.
- 200 hours (five weeks) per year at year 10.
Employees are also provided 56 hours of sick time and 24 hours of personal time per year.
Perseus House observes eight (8) holidays. If an employee is required to work on a holiday, the employee will be paid double time. If the employee is scheduled to be off on the holiday they will receive a paid day off within that same week or be paid out for the holiday at regular pay.
Short/Long Term Disability
Short/Long Term Disability benefits are provided after one year of service. The employee becomes eligible for these benefits on their one-year anniversary. There is no cost to the employee for these benefits.
401(k) Pension Plan
Employees may elect to participate in the 401(k) pension plan after one year of service with at least 1,000 hours. Perseus House will match 100% of the first 5% an employee contributes. In addition, whether an employee decides to participate or not, Perseus House will contribute 3.5% of your gross pay to the plan on your behalf.
